Our mission is simple: Give girls a safe, fun, structured place to train — and someone who believes in them.

Our mentor-coaches are former athletes who love pouring into the next generation and know how to build endurance, confidence, and community.

Join the 6-Week Summer Run Club
Enroll in a structured, mentor-led summer conditioning program designed specifically for middle and high school girls at all different running levels.

Consistency in the Training Program
You’ll follow a proven 6-week training plan—paced for your level—guided by a mentor who teaches you how to show up, stay accountable, and build confidence with every session.

Grow Stronger All Summer
Over six weeks, you’ll see transformation—stronger endurance, deeper confidence, healthier habits, and a sense of belonging that lasts long after summer ends.

Every Girl Receives:

03 A 2-hour group session that includes game-based workouts + endurance sessions along with confidence-building conversations.

Hi! I’m Melissa Perry

I’m not just a coach—I’m someone who’s been where you are.

I’m a wife, mother, runner, and coach, who has rediscovered identity and purpose through the quiet strength of stillness and the freedom of running. My journey began after burning out from collegiate basketball, when my entire sense of self was wrapped up in performance. That collapse left me feeling lost, unsure of who I was beyond the sport. I know the weight of self-doubt, the pressure to be “enough,” and the exhaustion that comes when identity gets tangled in achievement — the same struggle many coaches and parents see in their own athletes.

        8 Weeks of Training: A professionally designed summer conditioning program built to improve endurance, strength, and confidence.

        Mentor-Led Sessions: Former runners guide each session with encouragement, accountability, and proper training technique.

        Community + Journaling: Girls connect through group runs, weekly journal prompts, and confidence-building conversations.

        Fun, Safe, Structured Environment: Every session is purposefully planned so she trains consistently and grows stronger all summer long.

        8-Week Conditioning Program: A complete summer training plan designed to build endurance, speed, and confidence from home.

        Coach-Crafted Curriculum: Programmed by a high school girls’ coach with three State appearances and two Palm Beach County titles.

        Easy-to-Follow Weekly Schedule: Each week includes clear mileage goals, workouts, strength sessions, and rest days.

        Mindset & Accountability Tools: Journaling prompts, confidence exercises, and tracking sheets help her stay consistent and motivated all summer long.
