Hi! I’m Melissa Perry
I’m a wife, mother, runner, and coach, who has rediscovered identity and purpose through the quiet strength of stillness and the freedom of running. My journey began after burning out from collegiate basketball, when my entire sense of self was wrapped up in performance. That collapse left me feeling lost, unsure of who I was beyond the sport. I know the weight of self-doubt, the pressure to be “enough,” and the exhaustion that comes when identity gets tangled in achievement — the same struggle many coaches and parents see in their own athletes.

→ 8-Week Conditioning Program: A complete summer training plan designed to build endurance, speed, and confidence from home.
→ Coach-Crafted Curriculum: Programmed by a high school girls’ coach with three State appearances and two Palm Beach County titles.
→ Easy-to-Follow Weekly Schedule: Each week includes clear mileage goals, workouts, strength sessions, and rest days.
→ Mindset & Accountability Tools: Journaling prompts, confidence exercises, and tracking sheets help her stay consistent and motivated all summer long.
